Being here felt like a dream. I had to pinch myself that the serene views and lovely home were real life. We especially loved the hot tub and reading on the hammock. Just beautiful.

One of the best weekends away I have had in a while. It has all you need!
We experienced King Island's wild weather. The rain was pouring down and the wind was roaring. Warm and comfortable inside. We enjoyed wine and King Island cheese in front of the fireplace overlooking the stormy ocean. The hut has all you need for a get away to relax and unwind. It is only you and nature. A truly amazing experience and a beautiful part of this earth of ours. So wild and remote yet all the comforts you could want. We will be BACK!! So much more for us to explore and the hosts are amazing to deal with. I definitely recommend cooking your KI steak over the fire pit. That's RRH.
Red Rock Hut is such a special place. Deb and Adrian have created a beautiful place to get away! The tiny home is in a perfect secluded location with gorgeous views. The complimentary wine, cheese and crackers is a lovely touch!! Deb was amazing to communicate with throughout the booking process. We had Amy come as the private chef and we can’t recommend her enough! Her cooking is delicious and she had some great sight seeing recommendations.

An unforgettable stay at this beautiful little haven on King Island. Truly an amazing place to stay. King Island is absolutely breathtaking. We travelled all the way from the Gold Coast and it was worth every kilometre. The island is peaceful, incredibly welcoming, and surrounded by stunning scenery everywhere you look. The locals are genuinely friendly, everything feels so clean and relaxed, and there’s plenty to see and do despite it being a small island. Just be prepared to wave at the people you pass on the road — it’s part of the charm.As for the accommodation, it was fantastic. Cosy, spotless, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We also ordered food through Deb, which was absolutely delicious — especially the chutney. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting King Island.

We stayed here for my husband's birthday and we were absolutely blown away by the location - the photos do not do it justice. Watching the sun set over the ocean and hearing the waves crashing, it feels like you're a million miles away. The tiny house is so comfy and has everything you need to retreat away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be back!
Incredible location of you want beach walks by yourself (which we did) and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The accommodations were cute and the kitchen was well stocked. The bedroom quarters are tight and required a bit of negotiating if one had to take care of a bath break in the middle of the night. The sauna was terrific and easy to fire up but the hot tub never got to a “sit in” temperature despite a decent fire in the pit. Probably a user error! All in all, we loved it despite not getting a decent soak under the night time Southern Ocean skies. Truly a great hang!/p>
Red Rock hut is something else!!!! A perfect few nights away to feel completely off grid in one of the most beautiful locations. Deb was so accommodating and responsive to us throughout our stay. Amy’s meal hampers were the perfect addition to our stay! The only thing that was hard was deciding what part of our day to have a spa and sauna!! Loved it all - we’ll be back!!

What an amazing location! Stunning views of beaches from every angle, so many thoughtful touches provided and wonderful catering and private chef experience. We had hot days, rain and wind storms and the house, although small, was just perfect to watch the weather, light a fire, swim, walk, eat and relax. Highly recommend as a place to switch off and slow down and enjoy stunning views and nature. The sauna was wonderful and Deb the host was fantastic. Thank you!!
An absolute wonder of a location and home! Such a unique place, so peaceful and loved the stargazing, relaxing environment and wallabies! The manager also lent us a large pot from the local pub for cooking our own Crayfish which was a bonus. Thank you!/p>

Highly recommend this secluded little place. Perfect if you're looking for beautiful views, private off the grid space to chill and unwind. Everything was clean and beautiful when we arrived, with everything you need, plenty of towels to use for showers, sauna and spa. Lots of fire for the indoor stove, sauna & spa. Lovely tracks to walk right down to the water.If you want to use the spa, recommend getting there as soon as possible & lighting it straight away, as it takes a while to heat up.Overall, really enjoyed this beautiful little hut and the salty fresh air.
Wonderfully private and intimate tiny house for a close couple to relax and unwind. There is decent wifi, a comfortably sized bed and shower making it a luxurious experience. Definitely bring food so you can cook at the property as I wouldn’t want to be driving to the property at night as the circa 5km unpaved and uneven road to the property would be difficult to navigate at night. The property was highly exposed to the weather when we went in Nov so pack for all four seasons. The wildlife and star gazing without light pollution was an extra treat. If you like remote locations and a place to truly unwind and get away from the world with day and night views, this unique stay on King island is worth a visit.

Red Rock Hut is an absolutely awesome destination and was the highlight of our trip to King Island. The location is stunning and the tiny house is gorgeous with all of the amenities you might need. This place has been designed and developed with great care and love by Deb & Adrian. The wallabies are so incredibly beautiful and really made the trip very special. We would very highly recommend a stay here. The hosts were fantastic from the get go and assisted us with all enquires and requests. Faultless to a tee. We are very glad we chose this little slice of rugged paradise. Thank you!
Wow - what a place! Being so close to wilderness - the ocean and crashing waves, the very variable weather and watching as it approached was what really made this place special for us.Sitting and looking out the large window at the lashing rain, hearing the wind howling, whilst being inside next to the wood fire was so incredibleThe hut itself was perfectly set up for two people - absolutely loved our pre-ordered crayfish, and we could easily cook our own food too.It really highlighted how simply you can live in a small space whilst having everything. A warm, cosy and really homely hut.The surrounds are what really made it for us as we enjoyed going for walks in the varied weather and coming back to our warm haven.Oh and the outdoor sauna - now that was special! Absolutely warm enough and having the fire inside made it more "authentic"We absolutely recommend this place for a couple or good friends! A stunning remote location, with 270 degree views up and down the coast. Access was easy to the accommodation and the local wildlife were just a bonus, including a variety of birds. The cabin was well fitted out with everything we could possibly need, the bed superb. It was so relaxing looking at the view, tucked up in the cosy cabin, with the slow combustion fire adding to the atmosphere while we watched the weather roll in. King Island is a fascinating place to visit.

Beautiful accomodation in a stunning location with amazing sunsets & star gazing ✨ The hot tub provided the perfect end to the day, especially with a Pinot Noir in hand :) We also loved the sauna to warm up on the cold days. Incredible location
Red Rock Hut was absolute perfection, 11/10 escape from the rest of the world. The view and surroundings were stunning, and no cosier place to enjoy it from than the Hut infront of the fire with a glass of wine. Deb was such a great host providing endless detail of where to eat and what to do, and the chef provided meals she coordinated made our winter escape super relaxing and tasty. While the home is small, it was the most well stocked Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and it was a perfect size for some escapism. Couldnt more highly recommend Red Rock Hut, hoping to return again soon to stare at the ocean.

Was the best relaxing break we have had.
This place is a dream! So relaxing, peaceful and private. We had an amazing few days doing nothing and just stopping in the beautiful surrounds. The hosts are amazing and gave all the recommendations and instructions you need on what to do on the island, what is open and how to access everything. The space is small, but has everything you need. The bed is super comfortable as well. We couldn’t recommend this perfect little place more highly! Will definitely come back!
Stayed at Red Rock Hut with my partner for her birthday, it's an absolutely phenomenal location and a perfectly cosy tiny to spend some time in. The Wood heater heats the space perfectly and sitting by it watching the view out of the picture window is a great experience. We had dinner organised through our hosts and it was excellent, highly recommend supporting the local caterer. The walk up the coast was great and there is a great deal to explore on this secluded corner of the island. The deck with a barbeque was perfect for cooking ourselves dinner one night as was the small but nicely laid out kitchen inside. All in all a great place to stay and a beautiful, scenic and peaceful place to unwind and enjoy.
We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying here. I was craving an escape from the city and people in general and this place fit the bill exactly. Deb and Adrian have setup wonderful accommodation and thought of all the little things to make the stay comfy and super easy!
We loved our stay at Redrock hut. We were very comfortable, the views and sunsets over the ocean were magnificent. We swam, walked and were treated to many delights from the hot tub star gazing, sauna, eagles flying over the ocean, wallabies grazing. Every little detail was thought of.
We had an amazing stay. The coastal views were stunning, and the sauna and spa were a real highlight. Even with the cold winds, it was warm, easy to use, and just a great experience. The hosts were fantastic, and everything was super clean. We’d definitely come back.

Loved our stay at Red Rock Hut. The location is amazing right on the coast line, great for walks on the beach, being close to the wildlife and going for a dip in the ocean. The hut was great, everything you need inside, took us a couple of goes but we got the hot tub up to temperature in the end to enjoy some star gazing. Would recommend and stay again for sure!!
Red Rock Hut was the perfect getaway to relax, unwind, regather and explore. Our 5 nights were perfect to watch and experience the different weather conditions King Island put on for us, allowing good time to explore the island and also days inside snuggled up with a book in front of the fire watching the beautiful scenery change throughout the day. Deborah and Adrian sent some fabulous information for us that helped us have a rough guide on what our days could look like and we just loved the island environment. Definitely recommend staying at Red Rock Hut if you’re looking for some peaceful quiet days to unwind. So perfect!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! An amazing space, well designed and very comfortable. It’s a flush toilet (YAY!), the showers are great, the kitchen and supplies are all generous. And most importantly, the location is to die for. Crazy views and we had two different days weather-wise, sunny with blue skies and wet + grey the next. We love them both, the tiny house is set up with maximum views to watch the ocean 🌊 so are the hot tub and sauna, mad views all round! 😍 Last but not least, Deb is very helpful and generous with her time. I love to visit again one day if I’m lucky enough.
Love love love. A great 5 nights enjoyed in this hut perched in the beach side dune. A very raw, natural experience with nearby beach walks/swims. Plenty of wildlife. Well equiped with modern comforts and an amazing hot tub under the stars. Definately book as many nights as you can total relaxation! thank you such a beautiful way to end the year.

Red Rock Hut is a beautiful tiny house in a very peaceful location. Stunning views across the coast and the sun setting over the ocean horizon. The house is very well set up and Deborah's information book was an excellent resource for both the house and King Island.

We stayed a week in Red Rock Hut and it was everything that we had expected. Everything that you needed was there. The tiny house is well set out and very cosy and comfortable. Loved the isolation and the amazing panoramic views. We were lucky enough to meet Deb and Adrian. We would highly recommend Red Rock Hut.
To be honest we found Red rock to be one of the most breathtaking places we've ever stayed - and we were their during some very heavy storms - which made the it all even more memorable - it also proved that the home is as solid as the rock it stand on - we will be back - G & J
My husband and I stayed for a week at Red Rock Hut on King Is. The property's location is remote and wild, set right along the west coast, with sweeping vistas of the beach, ocean, and at night, the stars! The Hut is a "tiny house" is every sense of the word, but has everything in it without feeling tiny. The use of tranquil colours, lots of windows, comfortable furnishings and amazing views were outstanding. Our experience was wonderful.
A private get away with exceptional changing scenery and weather. A huge storm rolled in off Bass Strait our first night (as the weather apps advised) and the tiny home stayed resolute with us comfy and snuggled up inside with the fire. Lots of driving about the island being lazy tourists but scheduled for “back home” to chill out. Exactly what we needed for a long weekend unwind. The hut has everything you need in a thoughtful and easy layout. Due to the expected weather and wind we didn’t make use of the sauna and only managed to heat the top half of the tub - lots of fun chopping wood and lighting the fire. We’re scheduling our return. Our hosts were wonderfully accommodating with an early check in available and great comms. Look out for the wallabies and in particular a very human friendly hoppy girl. She’s very keen to clean up leftovers so please make sure no junk (crackers, bread etc) is left as it’s so bad for them. We’re missing the Island already.

We LOVED our stay at Red Rock Hut. Adrian & Deb really have thought of everything to make your stay as perfect as possible. Hot water bottles, games, robes, fully equipped kitchen, bbq, fireplace for cozying up in winter & the welcome treats were the icing on the cake! The views are spectacular. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna & walking the beach surrounded by countless wallabies. The hut is extremely remote & very private- we really made the most of our 2 night stay and felt relaxed and refreshed by the time we left. Highly recommend!

A slice of secluded paradise. The privacy was as good as the pictures promised.The tiny house was perfect, had everything we could possibly need down to a hairdryer and an iron.Unfortunately we struggled to get the woodfired hot tub to heat up to be able to enjoy it - through a combination of bad luck and things beyond our control. Our hosts were easy to contact and very responsive to help us out!

Red Rock Hut is like being at the lion enclosure at the zoo or watching a great white shark at the aquarium - you're face to face with nature in its most raw, awesome, and confronting whilst being sheltered, safe and comfortable. Very proximate to the pounding, roaring, heaving waves of the Southern Ocean, in the path of the howling, gusting forceful wind, beneath the gaze of the blazing, penetrative, glaring sun, surrounded by wind ravaged dunes, hardy grasses and nonchalant wallabies is Red Rock Hut - a luxurious sanctuary and refuge in the wild, offering 360 degree external views from the toilet, the shower, the bed, kitchen and lounge, provisions that that make the local IGA redundant and... a goodie bag! Red Rock Hut is just WOW inside and out in any season.
We absolutely loved everything about this place it was so peaceful and the extra little surprise additions were wonderful. If you are looking to unwind in a unique house and epic location this is the place.The sauna and hot tub are amazing after a day of golf.
This tiny house surely has won some kind of award on Airbnb. It’s like Grand Designs meets National Geographic. You drive up a gravel driveway and along the way you’re surrounded by everything that makes Australia great. Beautiful wallabies, breathtaking nature and gorgeous farm plains as far as the eye can see. I would recommend the Red Rock Hut to my friends, family and all people I meet from this day forward. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with me and all the best.
This was paradise to my wife and I. Not a person or house In sight and 180deg ocean vistas from inside, outside & from in the hot tub. Well equipped little kitchen to enjoy all our king island delicacies, comfy couch, hot shower and super comfortable bed. We didn’t find any crays or abalone (maybe next time) but my wife did catch a fish. This was a highlight holiday and we’d love to return.

I booked this for my partners 40th. It was 2 days of heaven. The place is so remote and peaceful and the wildlife was spectacular. There’s nowhere to be and nothing to do except enjoy the surrounds. It had everything you need and was the perfect balance of off grid but still luxurious. We’ll be back for sure. Next time for longer.
Loved our stay. Adrian and Deborah were super easy to deal with, very helpful. The place is simply magical and very peaceful. Everything you need is supplied, and it was the most relaxing few days away.Simple instructions, and lots of helpful tips with the island.I loved that I could also run each day along the track which was a nice 6km run.Picturesque scenery, and only a few minutes walk to the beach with no one around. We thought we’d eat out every night, but we loved the place so much that we cooked on the bbq and enjoyed the location.Highly recommend!

If I could give this 10/5 stars I would. The Red Rock Hut is in a stunning location, and the place itself was beautifully presented. It’s obvious the hosts are knowledgeable and passionate about both the design and comfort of their guests. Cosy, clean, comfortable and everything you need has been thought of. We really appreciated the addition of local wine and cheese. We had a great weekend on King Island at Red Rock Hut and are looking forward to returning.

Red Rock Hut was all we wanted it to be. A private and bespoke accommodation nestled in a pristine seafront location. The cosy fire place keeps you warm inside the newly built tiny house while the wallabies, sea birds and expansive coastal views are right before you just beyond the large glass windows. Stylishly furnished, quality linens, bathware and bedding along with all the conveniences a visitor needs for a relaxed stay on King Island's amazing west coast. Well done Adrian and Deborah. We loved it. Sad to leave, anxious to return.
